• Requests by law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Death of a member (account will be frozen until the estate process is completed)
• Self-exclusion requested by the member through responsible gaming tools
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, 888 Mega reserves the right to forfeit any unused bonus balance. For legitimate cash balances, 888 Mega will process a refund upon completion of the investigation, subject to full compliance with all identity verification requirements.
